Please describe your family and experiences in your life that have made you the person you are today.
I grew up in a Christian home. My parents formaly worked for BCSU for 20 years. Now my father is a pastor in Varna. I have two sisters, one of which is a missionary and the other is in ministry at our church. I grew up in church, but decided to commit my life to Christ in seventh grade. All my life I have been involved with professional singing and sports. I wanted to study dental medicine to challenge myself academically and to help my patients in the future. I am disciplined and hardworking and I love to serve in the worship, with the teens at my church and in my student group. There have been a lot of challenges in my life, but God has always been faithful and I have only grown closer to Him, because of them.
Describe your leadership experience.
I have led the worship at my church and I am leading the teen group. I’m a leader at the student group in Varna. I have been thought leadership skills most of my life by my father, other experienced Christian men and the staff workers of BCSU.
Who is a leader you respect and why?
My father, who is also my pastor. He has been involved in a lot of different ministries and understands that the approach for each person is individual. He loves the Lord, gives great care and love to the people he ministers to.

Please describe your family and experiences in your life that have made you the person you are today.
We are a family of four. I have younger brother who is 13 year old. My father is the only believer in my family and when I was younger I liked asking him different questions in a child like way about God. One day he told me about a Christmas party in my local church and was the person that came with me. That was God’s way of showing me what the church is and that I can be part of it.
My parents has given me a lot of good qualities that God helped me develop. Such as care for the others, unconditional love, honesty, hard work and discipline.
I have had hard times during different seasons of my life but they have never left my side.
They are very supportive in everything I do. I am beyond thankful for them and that God put me in this family. I believe He will continue His work in all of us.

3 years ago I let a teenage group with 2 of my friends in my local church. I started learning how to be a leader. There I understood the importance of asking questions and being a good listener.
My fiancé and I are leaders of the youth group in our church and our BCSU groups. I learned a lot for the past two years. How to take care for the people, to be kind, to be really patient, to aim to satisfy the needs of the group that I see.
