Our Mission

Investing in Future Leaders

Through Education and Mentorship
Global Need
The world urgently requires skilled leaders with integrity to uplift communities. But many young adults face barriers to achieving
this potential.

Call for Leadership

Our world desperately needs leaders and workers who combine competence with character, using their skills to benefit communities. Yet, many young adults face daunting challenges.

In much of the world, systemic barriers make advancement nearly impossible without the right circumstances. Education alone isn’t the answer—without safe environments, inspiring mentors, and opportunities to build character, even college-educated youth struggle to become community-focused leaders.

Holistic Approach

Alfa Energy Global and Arthur Wylie Entreprenership and Leadership Fund (AWELF) have partnered with the Milagros Foundation to empower university students in countries where they operate, starting in Bulgaria, United States, Jamaica and emerging markets. Our program provides:

University Education: Financial stipends help support student academic pursuits.

Work Experience: Students serve in practical roles with local organizations.

Mentorship: Students are provided guidance from experienced professionals.

Safe Environments: Students thrive in settings for personal and professional growth.
Why Now? Research shows that ages 18–25 are pivotal for brain development, when 75% of long-term habits are formed (Brain Development Studies). The mentors, environments, and experiences during this period help shape who young adults become.
By investing in them now, we maximize their potential to lead and serve.

Challenges: Education alone isn’t enough; systemic inequalities and lack of mentorship hinder progress for those not born into privilege.

Solution: Alfa Energy (ALFA) and the Arthur Wylie Entrepreneurial Leadership Foundation (AWELF), in partnership with the Milagros Foundation, support university students in Bulgaria and soon Jamaica with education, work experience, mentorship, and safe environments.

Impact: Brain studies highlight ages 18–25 as critical for habit formation, making this period ideal for transformative support.

Example: Four students in Sofia, Bulgaria, are thriving as dental and physical therapy scholars, gaining skills and experience through the Bulgarian Christian Student Union

Impact in Bulgaria

In Sofia, Bulgaria, we are supporting four students:

Dimitar Todorov: A dental student dedicated to community health.

Nadezhda Hristeva: Studying physical therapy to aid rehabilitation.

Valentina Trifonova: A dental student focused on preventive care.

Stefan Trifonov: Aspiring to specialize in pediatric dentistry. These students receive stipends and work through the Bulgarian Christian Student Union, gaining skills and mentorship to become future leaders.

We are expanding!
