Site Design

The installation planning phase is a collaborative effort aimed at aligning client objectives with property constraints. We work closely with our partners to design solutions that are future-proof.

Installation

Our electrical partners or your selected EC execute the site design with civil, electricaland hardware installation at the site. Alfa Energy Global supports installations with training, hardware, commissioning and partner/client on boarding to ensure hardware is installed and operating to the highest standard.

Operations

Hypercharge experts will maintain operations of every system, including custom integrations, access rules, admin privileges, payment processing, reporting and more.

Support

Hypercharge provides 24/7 monitoring & 24/7 customer support. Remote servicing is provided by Hypercharge. On-site R&M services are provided by our partners.
