Proposal Presentation (1 Meeting)
- Review proposal with the client.
- Discuss technical specifications, cost estimates, and timeline.

Refinement & Revision (1-2+ Weeks)
- Adjust scope, pricing, or technical components based on feedback.

- Level III chargers: 6-36 weeks delivery (dependent on supply chain factors).
- Logistics and shipment planning in alignment with installation schedules.
- Timing varies based on complexity of system.
- Availability of supporting electrical equipment may also influence timing.

Backend Software Onboarding (2-4 Weeks Prior to Go-Live)
- Client is introduced to the software for managing charging stations.
- Training on monitoring, billing, and reporting tools.
- System configuration and customization for the client’s needs.

Equipment Installation (Varies Based on Fulfillment & Site Readiness)
- Chargers are installed by certified electricians.
- Electrical work, trenching, signage, and network setup completed.
- Site inspection and commissioning preparation.
- Timing is coordinated with equipment delivery.

Equipment Activation (1-2 Days)
- Chargers are tested and commissioned.
- Connectivity and backend integration verified.
- Supporting materials provided to client.

Charging is Live!
- Chargers go live for public or private use.
- Initial usage monitoring and support provided.
- Promotional/marketing support if applicable.

Reporting & Remittance (30 Days After Month-End)
